Detached Garage EIFS Installation in Edmonton

This project involved a full EIFS installation on a detached residential garage in Edmonton, delivering a durable, energy-efficient exterior system designed for Alberta’s climate.

EPS insulation boards were installed across the entire exterior envelope, followed by fiberglass mesh embedded in a reinforced basecoat. This creates a high-strength impact-resistant surface while significantly improving thermal performance.

The final acrylic finish provides a clean modern aesthetic, while a horizontal reveal line adds architectural depth without compromising insulation continuity.
